01513 Spring safety valve nickel-plated

The safety valve is equipped with a fine thread M6 x 0.75 and fits all Wilesco steam engines built from 1990 onwards. If you are unsure whether your engine qualifies, please check the year of manufacture or contact our customer service with your model designation.

An intact spring safety valve is essential for the safe operation of your Wilesco steam engine. Over time, the original valve may lose its function due to lime deposits or wear. The new nickel-plated valve ensures reliable pressure regulation and effectively protects your engine from overpressure.

Installation is simple: Unscrew the old valve and screw the new spring safety valve onto the thread of your steam engine. Tighten the valve by hand without using tools. After installation, briefly check that it is firmly in place.

Clean the spring safety valve regularly with a soft cloth and some warm water. Carefully remove any lime deposits. Never oil the valve or use aggressive cleaners – this could impair its function. With proper care, the valve will remain reliable for a long time!
