A tarpaulin for the steam truck D320

The D320 mobile steam engine, a steam-powered truck, features an open wooden loading area at the rear. This can accommodate a considerable amount of cargo. To protect the cargo, it is covered with a beautiful tarpaulin. The tarpaulin is made of lightweight fabric and printed with the symbol for the 100th anniversary of the Willhelm Schröder Metallwarenfabrik.

Using an easy-to-assemble frame, the tarpaulin is shaped and can then be easily placed on the open loading area and removed again. Even when the trailer tilts backward, the tarpaulin remains in place on the loading area.
